1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SignalSlayer, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your order form.
3. Acceptable Use
No reverse engineering, no unlawful use, no abuse of rate limits, no use that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and at least reasonable care.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in a written agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, your access ends and we will delete or return data per our standard policies.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
